Lake Lyell ANSA NSW Convention

Dear Members,

Just a heads-up that this event is on the 19-21 May.

It’s based just outside Lithgow, about 2 hours from Sydney.

SSAFA have 8 camp sites booked on Lake Lyell (water front!) and we get a good turn up. Sites are un powered. Camping is what most of us do. The comp is length only comp and catch and release

Many SSAFA members take their boats and chase the trout and bass. A few of us walk the banks fishing for trout at Lake Wallace and Thompson's Creek Dam.

If you have a tent, a sleeping bag, a chair, a light and an esky you are in! If enough of us go we will put a Souvlaki BBQ on for Saturday night.

We will put this up on the Event page over the weekend so keep an eye out for it. We have a bit of chat at the May meeting on trout tactics and some more info will be sent out.
